对接受全腔镜手术的食管癌患者进行快速康复外科护理的效果

The effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with eso phageal cancer undergoing total endoscopic surgery

目的:观察对接受全腔镜手术的食管癌患者进行快速康复外科护理的效果。方法:将在右江民族医学院附属医院接受全腔镜手术的45例食管癌患者随机分为参照组(n=22)和快速康复外科组(n=23)。对两组患者均施行全腔镜手术。同时,对参照组患者实施基础护理,对快速康复外科组患者实施快速康复外科护理。然后,比较两组患者术毕至首次肛门排气的时间、术毕至首次排便的时间、住院的时间、术毕至切口愈合的时间、术后并发症的发生率、巴塞尔(Brathel)指数评定量表评分及功能评定量表(FRS)评分。结果:治护后,与参照组患者相比,快速康复外科组患者术毕至首次肛门排气的时间、术毕至首次排便的时间、住院的时间及术毕至切口愈合的时间均较短,P<0.05。与参照组患者相比,快速康复外科组患者术后并发症的发生率较低,P<0.05。治护后,与参照组患者相比,快速康复外科组患者的Brathel指数评定量表评分较高,其FRS评分较低,P<0.05。结论:对接受全腔镜手术的食管癌患者进行快速康复外科护理的效果显著,可降低其术后并发症的发生率,促进其康复。

Objective:To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with esophageal cancer who received total endoscopic surgery.Methods:45 patients with esophageal cancer who received total endoscopic surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Minzu Medical College were randomly divided into the reference group(n=22)and the rapid rehabilitation surgery group(n=23).Total endoscopic surgery was performed in both groups.At the same time,the patients in the reference group were given basic care,and the patients in the rapid rehabilitation surgery group were given rapid rehabilitation surgical care.Then,the time from the end of the operation to the first anal exhaust,the time from the end of the operation to the first defecation,the time of hospitalization,the time from the end of the operation to the wound healing,the incidence of postoperative complications,the Brathel Index rating Scale score and the functional Assessment Scale(FRS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the time from the end of operation to the first anal exhaust,the time from the end of operation to the first defecation,the time of hospitalization and the time from the end of operation to the wound healing were shorter in the rapid rehabilitation surgery group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the rapid rehabilitation surgery group(P<0.05).After treatment and care,compared with the control group,patients in the rapid rehabilitation surgery group had higher scores on the Brathel Index rating Scale and lower FRS(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for esophageal cancer patients undergoing total endoscopic surgery has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote their rehabilitation.
