2017年—2019年男性性病门诊就诊者艾滋病哨点HIV感染状况及影响因素的分析

HIV Infection Status and Influencing Factors of AIDS Sentinel in Male STD Clinic Patients from 2017 to 2019 Years

目的了解男性性病门诊就诊者HIV的感染状况和影响因素。方法选2017年—2019年某一艾滋病哨点就诊的1200例男性性病门诊就诊者进行艾滋病认知、高危情况调查并采集血样检测。结果1200例男性性病门诊就诊者共检测出丙型肝炎患者7例(占0.58%),HIV抗体阳性9例(占0.75%),梅毒患者350例(占29.17%)。通过调查可知,男性性病门诊就诊者对艾滋病的认知率为82.58%(991/1200),调查前3个月同暗娼进行性行为的男性比例是19.58%(235/1200);调查前3个月和临时性伴侣进行性行为的男性比例是16.58%(199/1200);有吸毒史的男性比例是0.08%(1/1200);与同性发生过肛交的男性比例是0.33%(4/1200);近1年发生过性病的男性比例是5.33%(64/1200);性病门诊就诊者感染HIV的高危因素有:年龄(22~62岁)、与临时性伴侣发生性行为、近1年的性病史、对艾滋病的认知程度。结论男性性病门诊就诊者感染HIV的发病率虽然在逐年下降,但是仍严重影响人们的日常生活,应该大力的宣传关于艾滋病的相关知识,加强安全性行为的教育,增强干预措施。

Objective To understand HIV infection status and influencing factors in male STD clinic patients.Methods A total of 1200 male STD outpatients who visited a AIDS sentinel from 2017 to 2019 were tested.All patients were tested in the laboratory,mainly for hepatitis C,AIDS,and syphilis.Results The results showed that among the 1200 male outpatients with STD,a total of 7 hepatitis C patients were detected,accounting for(0.58%),and a total of 9 HIV antibody positives were detected,accounting for(0.75%).There was a downward trend in two years,and syphilis was detected There were 350 patients,accounting for(29.17%).According to the survey,the awareness rate of AIDS among men in STD clinics was 82.58%(991/1200),and the proportion of men who had sex with sex workers in the 3 months before the survey was 19.58%(235/1200).The proportion of men who have sex with temporary sexual partners is 16.58%(199/1200);the proportion of men with a history of drug use is 0.08%(1/1200);the proportion of men who are homosexual and have had anal sex is 0.33%(4/1200);The proportion of men who have experienced sexually transmitted diseases in the past year is 5.33%(64/1200);The high risk factors for HIV infection in STD clinics are:age(22-62 years),sexual intercourse with temporary sexual partners,nearly 1 year History of sexually transmitted diseases,awareness of AIDS.Conclusion From this we can know that although the incidence of HIV infection among male STD clinic patients has been decreasing year by year,it still seriously affects people’s daily life.We should vigorously publicize relevant knowledge about AIDS,strengthen education on safe sex,and increase intervention Measures.
