胃肠超声助显剂在超声诊断胆总管中下段病变中的应用价值

The Application Value of Gastrointestinal Ultrasound Aids in Ultrasound Diagnosis of Diseases of the Middle and Lower Common Bile Ducts

目的分析胃肠超声助显剂在超声诊断胆总管中下段病变中的应用价值。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的132例疑似胆总管中下段病变患者为研究对象。现依照患者入院顺序,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组患者接受单纯超声检查,观察组患者在使用胃肠超声助显剂后实施超声检查。分析两组患者的诊断结果和超声胆总管中下段诊断符合率。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者在十二指肠壶腹段肿瘤、胆总管中下段结石以及胆总管中下段肿瘤诊断方面无明显差异,P>0.05。和对照组相比,观察组的胆总管中下段诊断符合率以及显示率,明显更高,P<0.05。结论在胆总管中下段病变的诊断过程中,使用超声联合口服胃肠超声助显剂有助于提升胆总管全程显示率,具有安全、方便、可重复性强等优点,病患依从率高。

Objective To analyze the application value of gastrointestinal ultrasound display aid in ultrasonic diagnosis of middle and lower segment lesions of common bile duct.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,132 patients with suspected middle and lower common bile duct lesions admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects.According to the order of admission,the subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 66 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received simple ultrasound examination,while patients in the observation group received ultrasound examination after the use of gastrointestinal ultrasound enhancer.The diagnostic results of the two groups and the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis of the middle and lower common bile duct were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the diagnosis of duodenal ampullary segment tumor,middle and lower common bile duct calculi,and middle and lower common bile duct tumor in the observation group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the coincidence rate and display rate of the middle and lower segment of common bile duct in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of middle and lower segment lesions of common bile duct,the use of ultrasound combined with oral gastrointestinal ultrasound display agent is helpful to improve the full display rate of common bile duct,which has the advantages of safety,convenience,strong repeatability and high patient compliance rate.
