LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗高危型HPV感染CIN的疗效

Efficacy of LEEP Knife Combined with Baofukang Suppository in the Treatment of CIN in High-risk HPV Infection

目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP刀)联合保妇康栓治疗高危型HPV感染子宫颈鳞状上皮内瘤变(CIN)的疗效。方法纳入2017年2月至2017年12月时间段在我院接受治疗的96例高危型HPV感染CIN患者为研究对象,采用单双号随机抽签方式将患者分组实施研究,抽取单号的一组纳入对照组,采用LEEP刀联合干扰素泡腾胶囊治疗,抽取双号的一组纳入观察组,采用LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗,观察两组治疗效果,比较两组HPV清除率、降钙素原水平及CIN复发情况。结果观察组用药后总有效率为85.42%,明显高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗12、24个月的HPV清除率分别为95.83%、97.92%,显著高于对照组的83.33%、85.42%(P<0.05);两组降钙素原水平治疗后显著低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后1年随访发现,观察组CIN复发率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05)。结论针对高危型HPV感染CIN的患者,采取LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗效果佳,降低降钙素原水平,促使HPV清除率得以提高,且CIN复发率低。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of high frequency electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP knife)combined with Baofukang suppository on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)of high-risk HPV infection cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods A total of 96 high-risk HPV-infected CIN patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2017 were included as the research object.The patients were divided into groups by random drawing of single and double numbers,and a group of single numbers was drawn.Included in the control group,treated with LEEP knife combined with interferon effervescent capsules,drawn a double-numbered group into the observation group,treated with LEEP knife combined with Baofukang suppository,observed the treatment effect of the two groups,and compared HPV clearance and calcium reduction of the two groups Prime levels and relapse of CIN.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after medication was 85.42%,which was significantly higher than 62.50%of the control group(P<0.05);the HPV clearance rates of the observation group after 12 and 24 months of treatment were 95.83%and 97.92%,which were significantly higher than the control group.83.33%and 85.42%of the group(P<0.05);the levels of procalcitonin after treatment in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);1 year postoperative follow-up found that observation the CIN recurrence rate in the group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than 18.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with high-risk HPV infection CIN,LEEP knife combined with Baofukang suppository has a good effect,reducing the level of procalcitonin,promoting the improvement of HPV clearance rate,and the low rate of CIN recurrence.
