摘要
目的分析改良腮腺切口治疗腮腺肿瘤的应用及临床疗效。方法入组2019年2月至2020年1月我院收治的腮腺肿瘤患者共70例,随机分成两组,各35例。对照组的患者给予传统腮腺切口手术治疗,观察组给予改良腮腺切口治疗。比较两组手术平均时间、手术过程出血量、治疗前后患者面神经功能分级水平以及生活质量水平、腮腺肿瘤治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果观察组手术平均时间、手术过程出血量、治疗后患者面神经功能分级水平以及生活质量水平、腮腺肿瘤治疗总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应比较则不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论改良腮腺切口治疗腮腺肿瘤的效果确切,可有效改善患者病情,提高其生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application and clinical effectiveness of modified parotid incision in the treatment of parotid tumor.Methods From February 2019 to January 2020,a total of 70 patients with parotid tumor were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional parotid incision operation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified parotid incision.The average time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation,the level of facial nerve function classification and quality of life before and after treatment,the total effective rate and adverse reactions of parotid tumor treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The average time of operation,the amount of bleeding during operation,the level of facial nerve function classification,the level of quality of life and the total effective rate of parotid gland tumor treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The modified parotid incision was effective in the treatment of parotid tumor,and can effectively improve the condition and quality of life.
