胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常患者的疗效及安全性

The Efficacy and Safety of Amiodarone combined with Metoprolol in Treating Patients with Tachyarrhythmia

目的评价分析胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗快速心律失常患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年10月至2019年6月我院收治的98例冠心病心律失常患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=49)和试验组(n=49),对照组患者给予胺碘酮进行治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用美托洛尔进行治疗,持续治疗5周后,比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率等。结果试验组患者起效时间明显短于对照组,心率水平明显低于对照组,且不良发应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心律失常患者采用胺碘酮联合美托洛尔进行治疗,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,快速达到治疗效果,降低患者心率水平,治疗效果显著且安全,虽然出现轻微不良反应,但经过对症处理后均已消失。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia patients.Methods Nity-eight patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=49)and the experimental group(n=49)according to the order of admission.The patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with metoprolol on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 5 weeks of continuous treatment,the treatment of the two groups of patients was compared Treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The onset time of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the heart rate level was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of patients with arrhythmia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,quickly achieve the treatment effect,reduce the heart rate level of patients,and the treatment effect is significant and safe.Although there are slight adverse reactions,they have disappeared after the treatment of symptoms,which has high clinical treatment value.
