摘要
目的探讨解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)及淋球菌(NG)联合检测在女性泌尿生殖道感染诊断中的价值。方法对厦门市仙岳医院2017年5月至2019年5月接收的150例疑似泌尿生殖道感染的女性患者同时给予CT、UU及NG联合检测,分析150例女性的病原菌分布情况。结果检验结果显示,150例女性检出UU、CT、NG阳性的有102例,阳性率为68.00%,其中单纯UU感染的阳性率高达56.67%,显著高于CT及NG阳性率的4.67%、0.67%,P<0.05;混合感染中,UU+CT的阳性率为3.33%,相对高于其他混合感染类型,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。150例女性泌尿生殖道感染患者的年龄主要分布在21~30岁,这一年龄段的阳性率为81.58%,显著高于其他年龄段,P<0.05。结论对女性泌尿生殖道感染患者联合采用UU、CT及NG进行检测,能够有效提高诊断准确率,对预防和治疗疾病具有重要意义,且21~30岁是女性泌尿生殖道感染的高危年龄段,需给予重点关注。
Objective To study the value of Urealyticum(UU)、Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)in the diagnosis of female urogenital infection.Methods One hundred and fifty female patients with suspected genitourinary tract infection in Xiamen Xianyue hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were detected by CT,UU and NG,the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in 150 women was analyzed.Results The test results show that UU,CT,NG positive was detected in 102 of 150 women,the positive rate was 68.00%.The positive rate of simple UU infection was 56.67%,which was significantly higher than that of CT and NG’s 4.67%and 0.67%,P<0.05.The positive rate of UU+CT in mixed infection was 3.33%,which was higher than that of other mixed infection types,but the difference was not significant,P>0.05.Urogenital tract infection in 150 women was mainly distributed during the age of 21-30 years,the positive rate of this age group was 81.58%,significantly higher than other age groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The combined use of UU,CT and NG in the detection of female urogenital tract infection can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy,and it is of great significance to prevent and treat diseases.And 21-30 years old is the high risk age of female urogenital tract infection,which needs to be paid more attention.
