577 nm微脉冲激光治疗糖尿病重度黄斑水肿患者的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨577 nm微脉冲激光治疗糖尿病重度黄斑水肿患者的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月至2019年11月福建省漳州市医院收治的42例糖尿病重度黄斑水肿患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组给予抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗,观察组给予577 nm微脉冲激光治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组视力水平和黄斑厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,两组视力水平和黄斑厚度较治疗前均改善,观察组术后1、3个月的视力水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1、3个月黄斑厚度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用577 nm微脉冲激光治疗糖尿病重度黄斑水肿患者的临床效果显著,能显著改善患者视力水平,缓解黄斑水肿程度。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 577 nm micro-pulse laser in the treatment of patients with diabetic severe macular edema.Methods From September 2017 to November 2019,42 patients with diabetic severe macular edema admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Fujian were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and the observation group was treated with 577 nm micro pulse laser.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual acuity and macular thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity and macular thickness of the two groups were improved,the visual acuity of the observation group at 1,3 months after operation was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the macular thickness of the observation group at 1,3 months after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of 577 nm micro pulse laser in the treatment of patients with diabetic severe macular edema is significant,which can significantly improve the level of visual acuity and relieve the degree of macular edema.
