急性前壁心肌梗死急诊冠状动脉介入治疗时间窗差异及治疗效果

Study on the Difference of Time Window and Treatment Effect of Coronary Artery Interventional Therapy for Acute Anterior Wall Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨急诊冠状动脉介入不同治疗时间窗治疗急性前壁心肌梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的90例急性前壁心肌梗死患者,按照时间窗差异分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组在发病3 h内予以急诊冠状动脉介入治疗,对照组在发病3~12 h予以急诊冠状动脉介入治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果及不良事件发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶性心律失常、心源性休克、心绞痛等不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性前壁心肌梗死患者在发病3 h内进行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的临床疗效较好,不良事件发生率较低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of emergency coronary artery intervention with different treatment time windows in patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction.Methods Data of 90 patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the time window difference,45 cases in each group.The study group received emergency coronary intervention within 3 hours of onset,and the control group received emergency coronary intervention within 3-12 hours of onset,and the clinical treatment effects and adverse events of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effectiveness of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse events such as malignant arrhythmia,cardiogenic shock,and angina pectoris in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency coronary intervention with different treatment time windows for patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction and myocardial infarction within 3 hours of onset,can obtain certain clinical efficacy,and reduce adverse events.
