生化检验项目在肝硬化患者诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Biochemical Test Items in Diagnosis of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

目的评价不同生化检验项目在肝硬化患者诊断中的应用价值。方法研究时间为2018年2月至2019年4月,观察组为60例肝硬化患者,对照组为60名健康人员,所有人员同意实施生化检验项目检查,评价两组人员在不同生化检验项目中的差异性。结果观察组患者直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(STB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)等高于对照组(P<0.05),差异无统计学意义;总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)小于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论肝硬化患者体内相关的生化检验项目存在明显异常,依据不同指标异常情况的综合分析,能够反映出患者肝功能损害情况,为肝硬化的诊断提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the application value of different biochemical test items in the diagnosis of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods The study period was from February 2018 to April 2019.The observation group consisted of 60 patients with liver cirrhosis and the control group consisted of 60 healthy persons.All the staff agreed to implement biochemical test items to evaluate the two groups of personnel in different biochemical test items.difference.Results In the observation group,direct bilirubin(DBIL),total bilirubin(STB),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alanine aminotransfease(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)andγ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)were higher than the control group(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;total protein(TP),hemoglobin(Hb),and cholinesterase(CHE)were less than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion There are obvious abnormalities in the relevant biochemical test items in patients with liver cirrhosis.Comprehensive analysis of abnormal conditions based on different indicators can reflect the liver function damage of patients and provide a basis for the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
