护理干预对腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者围手术期的效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy Patients

目的分析异位妊娠行腹腔镜手术治疗患者围手术期采用全面护理干预的效果。方法在2017年3月至2019年10月期间,选择本院72例行腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,试验组实施全面护理。对两组的胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间、不良心理状态及并发症予以统计与比较。结果对照组胃肠功能恢复与下床活动的时间分别为(24.96±2.23)h、(17.47±1.65)h,均长于试验组的(13.28±1.57)h、(8.65±1.19)h(t1=25.6964,P1=0.0000;t2=26.0132,P2=0.0000);对照组焦虑与抑郁状态评分分别为(42.32±2.34)分、(39.76±2.13)分,均高于试验组的(30.07±1.84)分、(28.40±1.59)分(t1=24.6911,P1=0.0000;t2=25.6433,P2=0.0000);试验组并发症发生率为5.56%,明显低于对照组的22.22%(χ^2=4.1806,P=0.0409)。结论行腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者围手术期采用全面护理干预的效果显著,可使患者的不良心理状态明显改善,使其患者胃肠功能恢复与下床活动的时间明显缩短,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for ectopic pregnancy patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods From March 2017 to October 2019,72 ectopic pregnancy patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.The recovery time of intestinal function,ambulation time,adverse psychological state and complications of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The recovery time and ambulation time of gastrointestinal function in the control group were(24.96±2.23)hours and(17.47±1.65)hours respectively,which were longer than those in the experimental group(13.28±1.57)hours and(8.65±1.19)hours(t1=25.6964,P1=0.0000;t2=26.0132,P2=0.0000);The anxiety and depression scores of the control group were(42.32±2.34)and(39.76±2.13)respectively,which were higher than those of the experimental group(30.07±1.84)and(28.40±1.59)(t1=24.6911,P1=0.0000;t2=25.6433,P2=0.0000).The incidence of complications in the test group was 5.56%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group(χ^2=4.1806,P=0.0409).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on ectopic pregnancy patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,which can significantly improve the patient’s adverse psychological state,shorten the time for recovery of gastrointestinal function and ambulation of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
