综合护理干预在子宫收缩乏力患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Uterine Contraction Weakness

目的观察综合护理干预在子宫收缩乏力患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的子宫收缩乏力患者80例,其中采取常规护理患者40例,年龄(28.56±5.21)岁,孕周(37.13±2.65)周,初产妇32例,经产妇8例;采取综合护理干预患者40例,年龄(28.17±5.83)岁,孕周(37.55±2.46)周,初产妇31例,经产妇9例。根据子宫收缩情况及产后出血情况,分别采取子宫按摩、注射缩宫素、注射米索前列醇、动脉介入栓塞、子宫切除等治疗措施。结果综合护理干预组患者自然分娩率为82.50%,常规护理组为57.50%,综合护理干预组产后出血、感染发生率均明显下降,新生儿Apgar评分提高,产程时间缩短,与常规护理组比较,差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合护理干预组护理满意度达到95.00%,而常规护理组只有82.50%,两组相比较,差异值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合护理干预措施的实施,产妇自然分娩率明显提高,各种并发症发生率明显降低,产程时间缩短,新生儿评分提高,同时患者对护理满意度有明显提高。

Objective Observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in maternal uterine contraction.Methods Eighty patients with uterine contraction fatigue who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled.Among them,40 patients were treated with conventional care,the age of the patients was(28.56±5.21)years old,the gestational age was(37.13±2.65)weeks,32 cases were primipara,and 8 cases were maternal;40 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and the age of the patients was(28.17±5.83)years old,gestational age(37.55±2.46)weeks,31 cases of primipara,9 cases of maternal.Results The natural delivery rate was 82.50%in the comprehensive nursing intervention group and 57.50%in the conventional nursing group.The postpartum hemorrhage and infection rate in the comprehensive nursing intervention group were significantly decreased,the neonatal Apgar score was increased,and the labor time was shortened(P<0.05),compared with the conventional nursing group.The nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing intervention group reached 95.00%,while the conventional nursing group only had 82.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the comprehensive nursing interventions,the maternal natural delivery rate is significantly improved,the incidence of various complications is reduced,the labor time is shortened,the neonatal score is increased,and the patient’s satisfaction with nursing is significantly improved.
