急性重症胆囊炎患者术后实施综合性护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Patients with Acute Severe Cholecystitis after Operation

目的分析在急性重症胆囊炎患者手术治疗后实施综合性护理的临床效果及对其手术相关指标与护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年2月我院收治的急性重症胆囊炎患者98例作为此次研究对象,通过随机的方式将全部患者分为对照组与干预组两组,每组各有49例。对照组患者实施常规护理,干预组患者实施综合性护理,对比两组患者的手术时间、肛门排气时间与住院时间,以及护理满意度。结果干预组患者的手术时间、肛门排气时间与住院时间分别为(50.57±2.75)min、(2.07±0.81)d、(5.08±1.82)d,明显低于对照组(64.92±2.73)min、(3.57±0.88)d、(7.57±1.88)d(P<0.05)。干预组患者总满意度为97.96%(48/49),优于对照组的81.63%(40/49)(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理相比,急性重症胆囊炎患者使用综合性护理的临床效果更好,可以缩短患者的手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间,促使患者的康复进程明显加快,显著提升患者对护理的满意度,对患者治疗效果的提高与预后情况的改善也有积极影响。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing after operation on patients with acute severe cholecystitis and its influence on operation related index and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of ninety-eight patients with acute severe cholecystitis from December 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group(fourty-nine cases each).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,the patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing,and the patient’s operation time,anal exhaust time,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The operation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were(50.57±2.75)minute,(2.07±0.81)days,(5.08±1.82)days,respectively,compared with the control group(64.92±2.73)minute,(3.57±0.88)days,(7.57±1.88)days(P<0.05),it was significantly lower than the control group.The total satisfactory of patients in the intervention group was 97.96%(48/49),better than 81.63%(40/49)in the control group.Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing,the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing is better for the patients with acute severe cholecystitis,which can shorten the operation time and anal exhaust time,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of the patients,it also has a positive effect on the improvement of the treatment effect and prognosis of the patients.It can make the patients more satisfied and relieved.It is suggested to popularize and apply widely.
