精神病患者护理中采取语言沟通联合心理护理模式的效果及其对护理满意度的影响 被引量:11

The Effect of Adopting Language Communication combined with Psychological Nursing Mode in the Nursing of Mental Patients and Its Influence on Nursing Satisfaction

摘要 目的分析精神病患者护理中采取语言沟通联合心理护理模式的效果及其对护理满意度的影响。方法选取锦州康宁医院收治的精神病患者120例,根据随机双盲法分组,对照组患者和干预组患者各60例,分别采取常规护理模式与语言沟通联合心理护理模式,对比两组护理效果及满意度。结果护理前,所有患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,干预组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,而精神病恢复有效率、护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精神病护理中采取语言沟通联合心理护理模式的效果较好,能有效提高科室整体护理质量,可促进疾病恢复。 Objective Analyze the effect of language communication combined with psychological nursing in the nursing of mental patients and its influence on nursing satisfaction.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with mental illness admitted to Jinzhou Kangning hospital were selected and grouped according to the random double-blind method.The control group and the intervention group had 60 patients each.The conventional nursing mode and the language communication combined psychological nursing mode were used to compare the nursing effects and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Before nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of all patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the HAMA score and HAMD score of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the effective rate of mental illness recovery and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In psychiatric nursing,the effect of adopting language communication combined with psychological nursing mode is better,which can effectively improve the overall nursing quality of the department and promote the recovery of illness.
