危机管理理论在门诊护理管理中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析危机管理理论运用于门诊护理管理中的价值。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月我院未开展危机管理理论前由门诊接收的40例患者作为对照组,另选取2018年2月至2019年2月我院开展危机管理理论后由门诊接收的40例患者作为试验组。比较两组护理满意度及整体护理管理质量评分。结果试验组护理总满意度为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组服务态度、沟通管理、服务质量、危机管理各指标评分均高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在门诊护理管理中引入危机管理理论,可有效提高患者对门诊护理的满意度,且门诊整体护理质量有显著提升。 Objective To analyze the practical value of crisis management theory applied in outpatient nursing management.Methods Forty patients selected from January 2017 to January 2018 before the crisis management theory outpatient clinic received the patient as the reference group,and another 40 patients received from February 2018 to February 2019 after the crisis management theory outpatient clinic received the patient as the experimental group.The nursing satisfaction and overall nursing management quality scores of the two groups before and after the development were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service attitude,communication management,service quality,and crisis management of the experimental group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion For the outpatient care management,the development of crisis management theory can effectively improve the patient’s satisfaction with outpatient care,and the overall quality of care has been significantly improved.
