中药饮片炮制前不同筛选方式对疗效的影响研究

Study on the effect of different classification methods on the curative effect of Chinese medicine decoction pieces before processing

目的:探讨炮制前不同筛选方式对中药饮片疗效的影响。方法:将医院2015年6月-2018年6月服用同一种类中药饮片的150例患者纳入研究范围,按照炮制前筛选方式的不同将其分为对照1组、对照2组和观察组,每组各50例,对照1组为水处理前分档,对照2组为炮制前分档,观察组为水处理及炮制前分档。所有患者均以30 d为一个疗程服用中药饮片3个疗程,对治疗后的临床效果进行对比分析。结果:所有药剂经过炮制后鉴定毒性降低,无患者出现明显中毒反应。对照1组患者治疗总有效率为82.00%,对照2组患者治疗总有效率84.00%,观察组患者治疗总有效率96.00%;观察组临床治疗效果明显高于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05)。对照1组不良反应发生率为22.00%,对照2组不良反应发生率为24.00%,观察组不良反应发生率为6.00%;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照1组与对照2组(P<0.05)。结论:中药饮片炮制前的分档方法对药物毒性和饮片的有效成分均有较大的影响,炮制前严格的水处理前分档和炮制前分档能够最大程度的发挥药效,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different classification methods on the curative effect of Chinese medicine decoction pieces before processing.Method:150 patients taking the same kinds of Chinese medicine decoction pieces from June 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital was included in research.According to the screening methods of before decoction pieces processing,the patients were divided into control group 1,control group 2 and observation group,50 cases in each group.Control group 1 took decoction pieces classified before water treatment.Control group 2 took decoction pieces classified before processing.Observation group took decoction pieces classified before water treatment and processing.All the patients took Chinese herbal decoction pieces for three courses of treatment with one course of 30 days.The clinical effect after treatment was compared and analyzed.Result:The toxicity of all agents was reduced after processing,and no obvious toxic reaction was observed.The total effective rate was 82.00%in control group 1,84.00%in control group 2 and 96.00%in observation group.The clinical effect of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 22.00%in control group 1,24.00%in control group 2,and 6.00%in observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The classification method before processing of Chinese medicine decoction pieces has a great influence on drug toxicity and active ingredients.The strict classification before water treatment and processing of decoction pieces can maximize the efficacy and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
