摘要
为降低沥青混合料中石油沥青的使用量,研究提出沥青中掺加生物油制备生物沥青,并对生物沥青进行改性,通过沥青三大指标试验、DSR试验、BBR试验,确定生物沥青的最优掺量;分析不同水泥用量下生物沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:当生物沥青掺量为16%(质量分数)时,改性生物沥青使用性能最优;生物沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能、水稳定性能随着水泥掺量的增加明显提高,低温抗裂性能无显著影响;综合分析水泥掺量对沥青混合料整体路用性能的影响,建议水泥掺量为3%~4%。
In order to reduce the amount of petroleum asphalt used in asphalt mixture,this paper proposed to prepare bio-asphalt by adding bio-oil to asphalt,and to modify the bio-asphalt.Through the asphalt three indicators test,DST test and BBR test,the optimal bio-asphalt content was determined,and the pavement performance of bio-asphalt mixture with different cement content was analyzed.The results showed that,the performance of modified bio-asphalt was optimal with 16%(mass fraction)bio-asphalt content.With the increase of cement content,the high temperature rutting resistance and water stability were obviously improved while low temperature cracking resistance had no significant effect.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influence of cement content on the overall pavement performance of asphalt mixture,the suggested cement content is 3%~4%.
