摘要
伸缩装置是公路桥梁的重要组成结构,对于保障行车安全及桥梁寿命有巨大作用,而模数式伸缩装置广泛应用于公路桥梁结构中,可根据要求个性化加工组装,适应性强,施工便利。为了改善既有的模数伸缩装置的弊端,目前一种改变了中梁王字钢尺寸、边梁锚固方式的模数式伸缩装置在国内桥梁工程中开始应用。为了进一步了解其力学性能,建立了此种模数伸缩装置的锚固系统及中梁的模型,通过ABAQUS有限元技术与计算,分析了此种模数式伸缩装置的锚固系统和中梁型钢的力学性能,证明了其对于改善模数式伸缩装置安全性与耐久性具有积极作用,可以结合项目情况推广应用。
As an important component of highway bridge,the expansion device plays a significant role in ensuring traffic safety and bridge life.The modular expansion device is widely used in highway bridge structure,which can be customized processing and assembly as requested,with strong adaptability and construction convenience.In order to improve the existing drawbacks of the modular expansion device,a new type of modular expansion device,which changes the size of middle beam steel and anchoring mode of side beam,has been applied in bridge engineering in China.To further understand its mechanical properties,this paper established models of the anchorage system and middle beam of this new modular expansion device to analyze the mechanical properties by ABAQUS finite element technology and calculation.It is proved that the new modular expansion device has positive effect on improving its security and durability,and can be spread and applied in combination with actual project situation.
