摘要
从高速公路机电设施运营期养护管理需求出发,针对高速公路机电设备使用寿命数据不准和缺少科学计算方法的现状,提出了一种基于统计学和可靠性理论的高速公路机电设备使用寿命评估方法,并以某高速收费站摄像机长期养护故障数据为例,对该方法进行了方法验证和寿命指标评定。研究结果表明,提出的高速公路机电设备使用寿命评估方法能够准确反映寿命分布情况,寿命指标计算结果基本与运营管理实际经验一致。能为高速公路机电设备科学管养和更新报废提供决策依据。
Starting from the maintenance management requirements during operation period of highway electromechanical device,this paper focused on the current situation of inaccurate service life data and lack of scientific calculation method of highway electromechanical device,a method for assessing service life based on statistics and reliability theory was proposed.The long-term camera maintenance failure data of a highway toll station was taken as an example to validate this method and assess the life index.The results showed that this method can accurately reflect the life distribution,and the calculated results of life index were basically consistent with the practical operation management experience.This method can provide decision basis for scientific maintenance and replacement of highway electromechanical device.
