低血压、酸中毒与新生儿窒息复苏后持续肺动脉高压的关联性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨低血压、酸中毒与新生儿窒息复苏后持续肺动脉高压的关联性.方法 选取我院窒息复苏新生儿87例作为研究对象.分析新生儿一般资料,Logistic回归性分析探究低血压、酸中毒与新生儿窒息复苏后持续肺动脉高压的关联性.结果 单因素回归分析显示,胎龄≤38周、重度窒息、低血压、酸中毒、低体温为持续肺动脉高压影响因素,Logistic回归性分析显示,低血压、酸中毒为持续肺动脉高压独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论 低血压、酸中毒与新生儿窒息复苏后持续肺动脉高压发病关系密切,临床可根据患儿症状早期予以干预治疗,以降低肺动脉高压发生风险.
