锻钢冷轧辊磨削性能的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 锻钢冷轧辊是冷轧轧机及平整机、有色轧机上的重要零件,在磨削过程中容易产生表面烧伤和磨削裂纹,研究其磨削性能具有十分重要的意义。本文对某锻钢冷轧辊的磨削性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明:(1)46#粒度铬刚玉树脂结合剂砂轮比70#粒度白刚玉树脂结合剂砂轮磨削效率提高约30%,砂轮消耗降低约40%;(2)控制磨头电流值,适当加大工件转速及轴向进给量,是保证轧辊辊身表层质量的有效方法;(3)树脂结合剂强度高,弹性好,退让性及自锐性好,是磨削锻钢冷轧辊的首选结合剂。 Forged steel cold roll is an important part in cold rolling mill,temper mill and nonferrous rolling mill.Surface burns and grinding cracks are easy to occur in grinding process.It is of great significance to study its grinding performance.In this paper,the grinding performance of forged steel cold roll is studied experimentally.The experimental results show that:(1)compared with 70#grain white corundum resin bonded grinding wheel,the grinding efficiency of 46#grain chrome corundum resin bonded grinding wheel is increased by about 30%,and the grinding wheel consumption is reduced by about 40%.(2)Controlling the current value of grinding head,appropriately increasing the rotating speed and axial feed of workpiece,which ensure the surface quality of roller body.(3)Resin binder is the preferred binder for grinding forged steel cold rolls due to its high strength,good elasticity,good yielding and self-sharpening.
