黄铜线材轧机的尺寸调整定位机构的系统优化

摘要 某黄铜轧机采用手动尺寸调整定位机构,通过人工旋转四个定位螺丝对辊缝尺寸进行调整。该调整机构存在三个缺陷:一是因为人工操作精度不高而造成尺寸误差;二是会造成两个轧辊与铜材的接触面不水平,导致产品弯曲;三是影响生产效率。本文提出了采用伺服电机带动丝杆并进而推动轧辊的移动。驱动方式由人工调整改为伺服控制后,设备的自动化程度、生产效率和产品精度得以显著提高。 A brass wire rod rolling mill adopts manual size adjustment and positioning mechanism. The mechanism needs to manual rotate four positioning screws to adjust roll gap size. There are three obvious defects: one is the size error caused by the low manual operation accuracy. The second is products bending due to the contact surface between two rolls and copper material is not horizontal. The third is that manual operation affects the production efficiency. This paper put forward using servo motor to drive the screw rod and then push the roll movement. After changing the driving mode from manual adjustment to servo control, the automation degree, production efficiency and product accuracy of the equipment are significantly improved.
