响应面法优化竹材糠醇浸渍改性工艺研究

摘要 采用竹束为原料,利用糠醇树脂对其进行改性处理,以响应面法考察糠醇浓度、浸渍压力和浸渍时间对竹束增重率和色差值的影响规律。结果表明:通过建立改性竹束增重率和色差值与糠醇浓度、浸渍时间和浸渍压力之间的二次多元回归模型,得到了最优的浸渍工艺条件:糠醇浓度、浸渍压力和浸渍时间分别为19%、0.4 MPa、45 min。经过试验验证,在预测的最优浸渍工艺条件下获得竹束的增重率和色差值的平均值为16.52%和57.13 NBS,与模型预测值相差4.5%和0.7%,误差率在合理范围内,说明该模型预测合理可靠。 The bamboo chips were used as the raw materials to be treated with furfuryl alcohol.The concentration of furfuryl alcohol,treating pressure and treating time were optimized via response surface methodology.The result showed that the optimized treating conditions were obtained through establishing the regression model between the treating conditions and the response factors(including weight percent gain(WPG)and chromatic aberration(CA)).In addition,the optimized conditions were as follows:the furfuryl alcohol,treating pressure and treating time was 19%,0.4 MPa and 45 min,respectively.After validation test,the average values of WPG and CA were 16.52%and 57.13 NBS,carrying the difference of 4.5%and 0.7%with the prediction model,indicating experimental mathematical model accurate and reliable.
