花蕾型金银花新种质扦插技术研究

Research on cutting technology of new germplasm of flower bud type Lonicera japonica Thunb

以花蕾型金银花新种质为对象,开展硬枝扦插和嫩枝扦插技术研究,分析扦插时期、扦插基质、插穗叶片、生根剂种类及其浓度对金银花扦插成活率的影响。结果表明:硬枝扦插宜选用带叶插穗,基部用500 mg·L-1 KIBA浸泡1 h,成活率92%以上;嫩枝扦插以5、6、9月较好,扦插基质以泥炭土与珍珠岩按体积比3∶1配置为宜,生根剂宜选择1000 mg·L-1 KIBA溶液速蘸沾插穗基部30 s,扦插成活率93%以上。

The cutting technology of new germplasm of Lonicera was studied.The effects of cutting time,substrates,cutting leaves,rooting hormones and the concentratison on the survival of Lonicera were analyzed.The results showed that cuttings with leaf should be selected from hardwood cuttings.The survival rate of cuttings was more than 92%when the base of cuttings was soaked with 500 mg·L-1 KIBA for 1 h.The better cutting time of Lonicera was May,June and September on softwood cutting.The substrate was best prepared by peat soil and perlite at volume ratio 3∶1.KIBA was the best rooting hormones when 1000 mg·L-1 KIBA was used to the cuttings for 30 s and the survival rate reached 93%.
