聚酯切粒机是整个聚酯生产的最后阶段,它对产品的外观品质影响甚大。主要表现在产生异状切片,切不断,有毛刺等,致使产品降级,进而影响经济效益。现从切粒机的冷却水、切割间隙、引料间隙、动定刀的磨损程度等几个方面,综合分析聚酯切粒机产生异状切片的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。

Polyester granulator is the final stage of the whole polyester production,it has a great impact on the appearance of the product quality.The main performance in the production of abnormal slices,cut constantly,burr,resulting in product degradation,and then affect the economic benefits.In this paper,the reasons of producing different shape chips in polyester granulator are analyzed comprehensively from several aspects,such as cooling water of granulator,cutting clearance,primer clearance and wear degree of moving fixed knife,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
