聚酯切粒机系统故障分析与优化

摘要 聚酯生产装置当中一共有16余台水下切粒机设备,用于聚酯切片的生产工作。在日常生产中,切粒机系统故障频率较高,由于本装置为连续生产装置,一旦设备故障停机将导致生产物料排废,造成产量减低、废料增加的经济损失,通过对水下切粒机系统故障等现象进行技术改造和优化,可有效减少水下切粒机的故障率,从而降低生产成本。 There are more than 16 sets of underwater pelletizer equipment in the polyester production plant of our company,which are used for the production of polyester chips.In daily production,the failure frequency of the pelletizer system is relatively high.As this unit is a continuous production unit,once the equipment fails and stops,it will lead to waste discharge of production materials,resulting in the economic loss of production reduction and waste increase.In this paper,through the technical transformation and optimization of the underwater pelletizer system fault,the failure rate of the underwater granulator can be effectively reduced,thus reducing the production cost Ben.
