The factors of affecting product particle size in Luoyang PTA plant such as temperature distribution,residence time,agitation intensity were analyzed.A series of corresponding countermeasures were put forward to control particle size of PTA.especially the frequency conversion of the first crystallizer agitator,Good results have achieved after application in the actual production.
