摘要
介绍了热应力仪测试条件温度和速度的关系,列举不同规格POY样丝,在不同温度下的应力速度关系曲线,以及在测试热应力时,确定拉伸速度的选择范围。通过应力与速度变化曲线分析,结果表明:在相同的测试温度时,应力随拉伸速度的增加而增大,测试温度越高,拉伸速度的可选择范围越大。在同一温度下,纤维线密度越大,拉伸速度的可选择范围越小。
This paper introduced the relationship between temperature and velocity ofthermal stress test conditions.It listed stress-velocity curves of POY sample yarn with different specifications at different temperatures,and determined the selection range of tensile velocity.By the analysis from the curves of stress and speed changing,the results show that the stress increases with the increase of tensile speed at the same test temperature.And the higher the test temperature is,the wider the range of tensile speed could be available;At the same temperature,the larger the fiber linear density is,the smaller the range of stretching speed could be available.
