2016~2019年日照市人体重点寄生虫病感染现状调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解日照市人体重点寄生虫病感染现状,为今后寄生虫病防治提供科学依据。方法2016~2019年按照第3次全国人体重点寄生虫病现状调查方案要求,采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,先后从日照市抽取16个乡镇的16个行政村的3周岁以上常住居民,采集受检对象粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪二检)检测蛔虫、鞭虫、钩虫,对3~9岁儿童采用透明胶纸肛拭法加做蛲虫卵检测,对监测数据进行统计分析。结果2016~2019年共调查4169人,其中3~9岁儿童268人,人体重点寄生虫病总体感染率为3.69%,其中,蛔虫感染率为0.24%,鞭虫感染率为3.41%,钩虫感染率为0.05%,不同虫种间感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),鞭虫感染率最高,3~9岁儿童均未检出蛲虫卵。不同年龄、文化程度、地区之间的感染率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01),不同性别感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日照市人体重点寄生虫病感染以鞭虫为主,提示防治工作依然不容忽视,尤其对重点人群。 Objective To understand the infection status of major human parasites in Rizhao city,so as to provide scientific evidence for further parasitic diseases control and treatment.Methods According to the third national survey on the status of human key parasitic diseases,using the method of stratified cluster random sampling,permanent residents aged 3 and above in 16 administrative villages in 16 townships from Rizhao city were selected to collect stool specimens,the modified Kato thick smear method(Kato-Katz method)was used to check ascaris lumbricoides,trichuris and hookworm,for children aged 3-9 years old,the transparent adhesive paper anal swab method was used to check the pinworms.Statistical analysis was conduct on monitoring data.Results A total of 4169 people were surveyed in the city,including 268 children aged 3-9,the overall infection rate of major human parasitic diseases was 3.69%,in which the infection rate of ascaris,trichuris and hookworm was 0.24%,3.41%and 0.05%respectively.There was significant difference in infection rate among different species(P<0.01),and the infection rate of trichuris was the highest.No pinworm eggs were detected in 3-9 years old children.The difference of infection rate among different age,education levels and regions was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but no significant difference between genders(P>0.05).Conclusion Trichuris is the major human parasitic disease infection in Rizhao city,suggesting that prevention and control work should not be ignored,especially for key populations.
