2018年德州市居民恶性肿瘤死亡分析

Analysis on malignant tumors deaths among residents,Dezhou city,2018

目的了解德州市居民恶性肿瘤死亡情况及其影响因素和变化趋势,为制定癌症防控相关政策提供科学依据。方法通过对2018年德州市居民恶性肿瘤死亡数据(由死因登记报告系统导出)进行分析,分别计算死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、死因顺位等居民死亡情况相关指标。结果2018年德州市居民恶性肿瘤死亡12173例,粗死亡率为203.46/10万,标化死亡率为116.03/10万,男性死亡率高于女性,(P<0.01);死亡率居前5位的恶性肿瘤依次是肺癌(59.50/10万)、胃癌(36.96/10万)、肝癌(32.09/10万)、食管癌(18.27/10万)和脑恶性肿瘤(9.79/10万),合计死亡9370例、占恶性肿瘤死亡总数的76.97%;死亡率随着年龄的增长呈上升趋势,60岁之后增长明显,60岁及以上因恶性肿瘤共死亡9509例,占恶性肿瘤死亡总数的78.12%。结论2018年德州市死亡率前5位的恶性肿瘤为今后德州市的防控重点,60岁以上居民为重点防控人群。

Objective To understand the status,trend and influencing factors of malignant tumors deaths among the residents,Dezhou city in 2018,so as to provide scientific basis for making related policies for malignant tumors control and prevention.Methods The death data of malignant tumors among the residents of Dezhou city in 2018(exportation from the Coroner’s Reporting System)were analyzed to calculate the mortality,standard death rate,constituent ratio index and rank order of death causes.Results In 2018,12173 residents died of malignant tumors in Dezhou city.The crude mortality of malignant tumors was 203.46/10~5 and the standardized mortality rate was 116.03/10~5,male mortality was higher than female mortality(P<0.01);the top 5 fatal malignant tumors were lung cancer(59.50/10~5),gastric cancer(36.96/10~5),liver cancer(32.09/10~5),esophageal cancer(18.27/10~5)and cerebral cancer(9.79/10~5),with totally 9370 cases,accounting for 76.97%of total deaths caused by malignant tumors.The mortality of malignant tumors increased with age,especially increased significantly in those aged more than 60 years.A total of 9509 residents aged 60 and above died of malignant tumors,accounting for 78.12%of total deaths caused by malignant tumors.Conclusion The top 5 fatal malignant tumors in 2018 are the critical points of prevention and control in the future in Dezhou city,the residents aged over 60 is the focus population.
