比较改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统手术对于重度痔疮患者的临床效果研究

Comparison of the clinical effects of modified stapler and hemorrhoidectomy in patients with severe hemorrhoids

目的试比较改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术与传统手术方式对于重度痔疮患者的干预效果。方法本次研究选自2015年3月~2017年10月期间至医院就医的58例重度痔疮患者为观察目标,按照其就医时间分为改良组与传统组,每组29名患者。改良组患者行改良吻合器痔上黏膜环切术进行治疗,传统组则施行传统吻合器痔上黏膜环切术进行干预治疗。术后比较两组患者的手术指标以及并发症发生概率。结果两组患者手术时间及术后排气时间比较差异较小,无统计学意义;改良组患者术中出血量少于传统组、住院时间短于传统组;就术后发生并发症概率而言,改良组概率显著低于传统组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良后的吻合器痔上黏膜环切术能明显降低患者术后并发症的发生,进而在最大程度上延续手术效果,缩短患者住院时间,提升患者满意度,后续研究中应对其进行完善与推广。

Objective To compare the interventional effects of modified prolapse and hemorrhoid mucosal circumcision with traditional operation in patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods From March 2015 to October 2017,58 patients with severe hemorrhoids were selected as the observation targets.According to the time of seeking medical treatment,the patients were divided into two groups:the improved group and the traditional group,with 29 patients in each group.The patients in the modified group were treated with modified prolapse and hemorrhoidectomy,while the patients in the traditional group were treated with interventional therapy.The operative indexes and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups after operation.Results There was no significant difference in operative time and postoperative exhaust time between the two groups,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the modified group was less than that in the traditional group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the traditional group.The probability of postoperative complications in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified prolapse and hemorrhoidectomy can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and then to the greatest extent continue the surgical effect,shorten the hospital stay,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It should be perfected and popularized in the follow-up research.
