椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究被引量：1

摘要目的研究椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症。方法选取在我院就诊的102例腰间盘突出症患者随机分成两组,研究组进行椎间孔镜入路腰椎间盘髓核摘除术,对照组进行椎板间隙入路腰椎间盘髓核摘除术,比较两组患者的Oswestry功能障碍指数、VAS评分及平均住院时间。结果两组的ODI评分、VAS评分均明显下降,且研究组下降更多,ODI评分比较有差异(P<0.05),但VAS评分比较没有差异(P>0.05);两组平均住院时间比较没有差异(P>0.05)。结论椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,显著缓解患者的疼痛感,促进患者康复。
