摘要
肝细胞癌(HCC)是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一,起病隐匿,预后差,病死率高。本文大致梳理了HCC的外科治疗、消融治疗、介入治疗及系统化疗的优缺点,并介绍了奥沙利铂(OXA)在晚期HCC治疗中的临床应用,其高效、低毒和不易耐药等特点为广大患者带来更佳的生存获益,值得研究。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the common malignant tumors in China,with hidden onset,poor prognosis and high mortality.This article roughly summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment,ablation treatment,interventional therapy and systemic chemotherapy for HCC,and introduces the clinical application of oxaliplatin(OXA)in the treatment of advanced HCC.Features bring better survival benefits to patients,worth studying.
