摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定竹木制食品相关产品中7种防菌防腐剂。方法样品经甲醇提取,选用色谱柱Agilent(ZORBAX SB-C18)色谱柱分离,在0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(含0.03%乙酸)和甲醇溶液为流动相条件下进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器,在220nm波长下检测,外标法对7种防菌防腐剂的进行定性定量分析。结果该方法分析时间适中,7种组分均可分离完全,线性良好,相关系数均大于0.990,检出限为1.0~12.0mg/kg,平均回收率为73.96%~108.29%,相对标准偏差为0.11%~7.78%(n=3)。结论该方法操作简单,精密度高,重复性好,满足同时检测竹木制食品相关产品中7种防菌防腐剂的检测要求。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 7 antimicrobial preservatives in bamboo and wooden products related food by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods The sample was extracted by methanol and separated on an Agilent(ZORBAX SB-C18)chromatographic column by gradient elution using 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate(containing 0.03%acetic acid)and methanol solution as mobile phase,and the components were detected by diode array detector at 220 nm wavelength.The qualitative and quantitative analysis of 7 kinds of antiseptic and anti-mould agents were realized by external standard method.Results The analysis time of the method was moderate,the 7 components could be separated completely,the linearity was good,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.990,and the limits of detection were 1.0-12.0 mg/kg.The average recoveries were 73.96%-108.29%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.11%-7.78%(n=3).Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation,high precision and good repeatability,and can meet the requirements for the simultaneous detection of 7 antiseptic agents in bamboo and wood products related food.
