摘要
目的评定分光光度法测定蜂胶中总黄酮含量的不确定度。方法建立测量过程不确定度评价的数学模型,根据GB/T24283-2018《蜂胶》中的分光光度法测定蜂胶中总黄酮含量,对检测过程中引入的不确定度进行分类和量化。结果当样品总黄酮含量是2.37×10^4mg/100g时,其扩展不确定度为644mg/100g(k=2),其结果可表示为(2.37±0.06)×10^4 mg/100 g。结论不确定度主要来源于称量,在实验时,应注意称量操作的准确性,以提高测量结果的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids in propolis.Methods The mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty in measurement process,and the content of total flavonoids in propolis was determined according to spectrophotometry in GB/T 24283-2018 Propolis.The uncertainty introduced in the detection process was classified and quantified.Results When the total flavonoids content in the sample was 2.37×10^4 mg/100 g,the expanded uncertainty was 644 mg/100 g(k=2),and the result could be expressed as(2.37±0.06)×10^4 mg/100 g.Conclusion The uncertainty mainly comes from weighing,and the accuracy of weighing operation should be paid attention during the experiment in order to improve the accuracy of measurement results.
