Research on planning system for natural protected areas in China

我国自然保护地在实施统一管理之后,尚未构建标准化的自然保护地规划体系。通过分析自然保护地规划体系构建需求,提出宏观层面编制国家、省、市(县)三级自然保护地规划,微观层面构建总体规划、专项规划、详细规划、管理计划、年度计划相配合的自然保护地实体规划体系。为自然保护地规划体系架构的搭建、规划编制内容的确定提供技术参考。

After the implementation of unified management of natural protected areas in China,there is no standardized planning system for natural protected areas.By analyzing the needs of planning system of nature protected areas,it has been proposed to formulate the natural protected areas planning of national,provincial and county at the macro level and construct the natural protected area entity planning which is combined with the overall planning,special planning,detailed planning,management plan and annual plan at the micro level.It provides technical reference for the establishment of planning system framework and the determination of planning content of natural protected areas.
