体教结合背景下高校高水平运动员培养现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of College High-Level Athletes Training Under the Background of Combination of Sports and Education

运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法和实地考察法对济南市具有招收高水平运动员资格的高校进行培养现状调研.结果表明:济南市招收高水平运动员的高校在招生政策、师资资源、场地器材方面具有较好的有利条件,尤其在促进运动员文化教育方面具有得天独厚优势,但培养中也存在着培养成效不明显、学训协调矛盾、管理不到位等问题.

Using the expert interview method,the literature data method,the logic analysis method and the field survey method,the status quo of the training of colleges and universities in Jinan with high qualifications for athletes was investigated.The results show that the colleges and universities recruiting high-level athletes in Jinan have better favorable conditions in terms of enrollment policy,teacher resources and venue equipment,especially in promoting the cultural education of athletes.However,there are also obvious training results in training.The school has coordinated the contradiction and the management is not in place.
