摘要
在区域远程教育一体化合作办学模式与协同发展进程中,区域远程教育一体化系统合作办学模式的构建与体制协同发展策略的制定,具有非常重要的制度保障作用。一般而言,区域远程教育一体化系统合作办学模式与体制协同发展策略,包含区域开放大学的系统办学模式与体制协同发展策略、区域远程教育共同体的系统合作办学模式与体制协同发展策略、区域远程教育联盟的系统合作办学模式与体制协同发展策略三种方案。据此分析京津冀一体化远程教育合作办学与协同发展策略可知,只要选择京津冀开放大学构建方案、京津冀远程教育共同体构建方案与发展策略或京津冀远程教育联盟构建方案等三个方案中的任何一项,就可建立与小康社会相适应的区域远程教育一体化协调发展新机制。
In the process of the integration of regional distance education, developing strategies for the systematic collaborative school-running model and institutional coordinated development provides a very important institutional guarantee. Generally speaking, there are three strategies, including the strategy of the systematic collaborative school-running model and institutional coordinated development for regional open universities, the strategy for regional distance education community, and the strategy for regional distance education alliance. Through analysis we have learned that as long as we choose one from the three, we can establish a new mechanism for the integration and development of regional distance education that is compatible with a well-off society.
