监测成人学习和教育全球进展彰显成人学习和教育时代价值——评《成人学习和教育全球报告(三)》

摘要 联合国教科文组织终身学习研究所主编、上海终身教育研究院组织翻译的《成人学习和教育全球报告(三)》,于2019年8月由华东师范大学出版社出版。该报告对联合国教科文组织139个成员国在《贝伦行动框架》中所作承诺的执行情况进行了监测评估,重点审视了成人学习和教育在健康福祉、劳动力市场及社会生活等领域的时代价值,在回溯成人学习和教育全球系列报告发展历程的基础上,反思了成人学习和教育的现状,并对其未来发展趋势予以瞻望。同时,该报告还主张着力构建成人学习和教育共同体,号召更多成员国和国际组织参与到数据统计工作中来,从而推动全球成人学习和教育实践的可持续发展。 The book The Third Global Report on Adult Learning and Education, edited by UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning, and translated by Shanghai Municipal Institute for Lifelong Education, was published by East China Normal University Press in August 2019. This book monitors and evaluates the implementation of the commitments made by 139 UNESCO Member States in the Belém Framework for Action, and focuses on the era value of adult learning and education, including its benefits on health and well-being, employment and the labor market, and social, civic and community life. While dating back to the development of global reports on adult learning and education, the book reflects on its current situation and looks forward to its future trend. It advocates the process of building a global adult learning and education community and contributes to the sustainable development of worldwide adult learning and education.
