摘要
为了解六盘水市明湖湿地公园浮游藻类的群落组成及富营养化程度,在湿地公园布设了8个采样点进行了采样并鉴定。结果表明:初步鉴定出8门36属38种藻类。优势种为绿藻门锐新月藻(Closterium acerosum)、硅藻门颗粒直链藻极狭变种(Melosira granulata var.angustissima)、硅藻门菱形藻属(Nitzschia wullerstorffii)、绿藻门狭形纤维藻(Ankistrodesmus angustus),其中硅藻为明湖湿地公园浮游藻类的最优势种群,平均密度为0.4×10^6 cell·s/L,水体的富营养化评价结果为极贫营养状态。
To understand the community composition and eutrophication degree of phytoplankton in Minghu Wetland Park of Liupanshui City,8 sampling points were set up in the wetland park for sampling and identification,and 38 species of algae belonging to 36 genera and 8 phyla were preliminarily identified.The dominant species are Closterium acerosum,Melosira granulata var.angustissima,Nitzschia wullerstorfii and Ankistrodesmus angustus,among which diatom is the most dominant species of phytoplankton in Minghu Wetland Park.The average density is 0.4×10^6 cell·s/L.The eutrophication assessment results of Minghu Wetland Park are extremely poor.
