摘要
采用“气浮-BOD 5铁碳微电解-BOD 5Fenton氧化-BOD 5混凝沉淀-BOD 5水解酸化-BOD 5生物接触氧化-BOD 5Fenton氧化-BOD 5混凝沉淀”组合工艺处理药用辅料生产废水,处理规模100 m^3/d,原水COD 10000 mg/L、BOD 51500 mg/L、NH 3-N 50 mg/L,SS 300 mg/L,处理后出水水质可满足河南省地方标准《化工行业污染物间接排放标准》(DB41/1135-2016)表1间接排放标准,即COD≤300 mg/L、BOD 5≤150 mg/L、NH 3-N≤30 mg/L、SS≤150 mg/L。该工艺运行稳定、易于操作、无二次污染。
The combined process of gas flotation,iron-carbonmicro-electrolysis,Fenton oxidation,coagulating sedimentation,hydrolytic acidification,biological contact oxidation,Fenton oxidation and coagulating sedimentation is used to treat the wastewater from pharmaceutical excipients production with a treatment capacity of 100 m^3/d.The influent COD,BOD 5,NH 3-N and SS are 10000 mg/L,1500 mg/L,50 mg/L and 300 mg/L.After treatment,the effluent quality meets the indirect standard stipulated Tab.1 in the Indirect Emission Standard of Pollutants in Chemical Industry(DB41/1135-2016)of Henan provincial local standard,such as COD≤300 mg/L,BOD 5≤150 mg/L,NH 3-N≤30 mg/L and SS≤150 mg/L.The process has the advantages of stable operation,easy operation and no secondary pollution.
