工业大麻提取物中四氢大麻酚定量检测方法研究

Quantitative Determination of Tetrahydrocannabinol in Industrial Hemp Extraction

为建立工业大麻提取物中四氢大麻酚定量检测方法,采用Welch XB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为220 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为10μL,进行了定量检测。结果表明:四氢大麻酚在0.10~9.94μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性、加样回收率试验结果均符合要求;方法的检出限为0.05μg/mL,定量限为0.10μg/mL。该方法快速、简便、重复性好,适用于工业大麻提取物中四氢大麻酚的定量检测。

Objective:This paper was to develop a method for the quantitative determination of tetrahydrocannabinol in industrial hemp extract.Methods:A Welch XB C18 column(4.6×250 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase,consisting of solvent A(0.1%formic acid)and solvent B(0.1%formic acid acetonitrile solution),was programmed as a linear gradient.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;The absorbance was monitored at a wavelength of 220 nm;the column temperature was 30℃;the injection volume was 10μL.Results:THC had good linear relationship in the range of 0.10~9.94μg/mL(r=0.9999)respectively,and the precision,reproducibility and recovery met the requirements.The detection limit of the method is 0.05μg/mL and the quantitative limit is 0.10μg/mL.Conclusion:This method is rapid,simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quantitative determination of tetrahydrocannabinol in industrial hemp extraction.
