摘要
采用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)改性剂制备了550-Z5催化剂,主要研究了MTO反应工艺条件优化。结果表明:在温度为490℃、常压、氮气流量20 mL/min、WHSV=1.08 h^-1、催化剂质量0.5 g、石英砂5 g条件下,甲醇的转化率100%,乙烯和丙烯的总选择性约为64.95%,烯烃总选择性85.90%。
550-Z5 catalyst was prepared by using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550)as modifying agent.The process conditions optimization of MTO reaction was studied mainly.The results showed that under the conditions of temperature 490 ℃,atmospheric pressure,nitrogen flow 20 ml/min,WHSV=1.08 h-1,catalyst mass 0.5 g and quartz sand 5 g,the conversion rate of methanol was 100%:the selectivity of ethylene and propylene was about 64.95%,and the total selectivity of olefins was 85.90%.
