摘要
指出了不确定性普遍存在于产品生产的各个阶段,对产品的性能有着较大的影响,后横梁的制造过程实际也是一个存在诸多随机不确定性因素的过程。基于此,介绍了不确定性在产品制造过程中的研究现状,阐述了后横梁的加工工艺过程,并建立了后横梁制造过程的IPO模型。从人、机器、材料、方法、环境和测量6个方面对矿车后横梁的制造过程进行了不确定性分析。
Uncertainty generally exists in all stages of product production,which has a great impact on product performance.The manufacturing process of the rear beam is also a process with many random uncertain factors.Firstly,the research status of uncertainty in product manufacturing process is introduced;secondly,the processing technology of the rear beam is described,and the IPO model of the rear beam in manufacturing process is established;finally,the uncertainty analysis of the rear beam in manufacturing process is carried out from six aspects:man,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.
