摘要
采用电子显微镜、能谱分析和电化学分析对镀锡板表面黄斑锈缺陷进行了分析和研究。结果表明:黄斑锈缺陷降低了镀锡板的耐蚀性,同时还影响到合金层的形貌,进一步地分析还发现黄斑锈缺陷产生是由于带钢高速运行时与产线辊子发生滑动摩擦导致擦伤,擦伤位置锡层被氧化形成锡的氧化物。
The defects of yellow stain on tinplate surface were analyzed and studied by electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and electrochemical analysis.The results show that the corrosion resistance of tin plate is reduced by yellow stain,and the appearance of alloy layer is also affected.And further analysis shows that the cause of yellow stain defect is caused by the abrasion caused by sliding friction between high-speed strip and roller.Yellow stain at the scratched position is composed of tin oxide.
