摘要 法学本科课程考核关乎法学本科生的学习工作、出国深造等方方面面,其机制的完善具有重要意义。通过对40所高校课程考核机制的分析发现,我国法学本科课程考核机制仍然存在着考核形式缺乏特色、重理论轻实践以及考核程序不规范等问题,极大地制约了法科生的成长发展。应从考核形式、考核内容、考核程序等方面进行改革,切实提高课程考核的效果。 The performance assessment of undergraduate law courses is related to the study and work of law students and even their further studies abroad.Therefore,the improvement of the assessment system is of great significance.Through the empirical analysis of 40 universities,it is found that there are still many problems existing in the performance assessment mechanism of undergraduate law courses,such as lacking distinctive forms of assessment,emphasizing theory over practice and adopting non-standard procedures,which have greatly restricted the development of law students.Thus,it is necessary to perfect the forms,contents and procedures of the assessment for the sake of its validity.
