我国中小学“校园排球”活动推广策略研究

Research on the Promotion Strategies of Volleyball Activities in Primary and Middle Schools in China

运用文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等展开调查,结果显示:当前我国中小学校园排球活动开展形式多样,态势蓬勃,但也存在着各级管理者重视程度不一、师资力量薄弱、场地设施建设不足、教学组织不规范、学生缺乏兴趣爱好、家庭支持不足等问题,据此,提出各级管理部门要重视青少年校园排球活动开展、推进学校排球队伍建设、加大竞赛推广力度、扩大媒体宣传等有针对性的推广策略。

This research adopts the methods of literature,field survey,interview.According to the research,current volleyball activities in China’s primary and middle schools are diverse and vigorous.However,there are still some existing problems,such as the insufficient or grudging recognition of the importance of volleyball activities by managers at different levels,lack of qualified teachers,insufficient facilities,nonstandard teaching organization,students’showing little interest and lack of family support.Therefore,this research proposes that administrative departments of all levels should attach importance to the promotion of school volleyball activities for teenagers,facilitate the construction of school volleyball teams,increase the pace of the competition promotion and generate greater publicity together with other targeted promotion strategies.
