摘要
目的构建附属医院临床教师教学工作评价指标体系。方法采用文献分析法、专家讨论法和德尔菲法确定评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果经过两轮专家咨询,构建了以教学工作量、教学工作评价、教学工作业绩为主要维度的附属医院临床教师教学工作评价指标体系,包括3项一级指标、8项二级指标、28项三级指标。结论本研究的专家咨询结果科学、可靠,构建的评价指标体系具有较高的科学性、可操作性,为进一步实证研究奠定了基础。
Objective To establish a clinical teaching evaluation index system of clinical teachers in affiliated hospitals.Methods Literature analysis,Expert discussion method and Delphi method were used to establish evaluation index system,and AHP method was carried out to determine the weights of the index.Results Through 2 rounds questionnaire consulting from experts,a index system was established composed of three groups,which were teaching workload,evaluation of teaching work,teaching performance.The system included 3 first grade indexes,8 second grade indexes and 28 third grade indexes.Conclusion The expert consultation results in this study are scientific and reliable,and the evaluation index system is high in scientificity and operability,which lays the foundation for further empirical research.
