摘要 随着我国人口老龄化问题的日益突出,老年医学逐渐成为医学中一个重要的分支。作为一名优秀的老年科医师,除了具有丰富的临床经验和技能,还需要具有广博深厚的医学人文素养,因此加强医学生人文关怀教育无疑是当前老年医学发展的根本需求。本文结合作者在老年病科工作及教学实践,通过对老年患者生理、心理、社会状况的分析,深入探讨了人文关怀教育在老年医学教学中的重要性、迫切性及开展形式,旨在提高老年医学教学中人文关怀教育的质和量。 With the increasingly prominent problem of aging population in China,geriatrics has gradually become an important branch of medicine.As an excellent geriatrician,in addition to having rich clinical experience and skills,he also needs to have extensive and profound medical humanistic quality.Therefore,strengthening the humanistic care education of medical students is undoubtedly the fundamental demand for the development of geriatrics.Based on the author’s work and teaching practice in the department of geriatrics,through the analysis of the physiological,psychological and social conditions of the elderly patients,this paper discusses the importance,urgency and forms of humanistic care education in geriatrics teaching,in order to improve the quality and quantity of humanistic care education in geriatrics teaching.
