器官捐献时代我国器官移植教学改革的初步探索

Preliminary Exploration of the Teaching Reform of Organ Transplantation in the Era of Organ Donation in China

现阶段我国器官移植模式已完成从死囚器官捐献向公民自愿器官捐献的转型,初步形成了一个遵循世界卫生组织指导原则并符合中国国情的器官捐献移植体系。然而,由于我国的特殊国情和器官移植的特殊性,当前器官移植教学面临诸多问题。因此,如何提高器官移植教学的质量,探讨适应当前形势的器官移植教学模式,是当前医学教育工作者急需解决的课题。

Recently,China has established a nationwide organ donation and transplantation system in accordance with principles of the World Health Organization.As such,the primary mode of organ donation in China has transformed from donations from dead prisoners to voluntary donations from citizens.Due to China’s specific context and the particularity of organ transplantation,there are many challenges around teaching organ transplantation.Therefore,improving teaching quality around organ transplantation and adapting teaching mode of organ transplantation to the current situation is a serious task for medical educators.
